extended warranties
10-year warranty on the envelope of the tank, a 10-year warranty on the internal components (distribution device, allocation device and filter media) as well and a 2-year warranty on the electromechanical parts. With our extensions of warranties, you can increase them by respectively 5 years, 2 years and 1 year.
a product ID
We record all the data regarding your sewage treatment plant at each stage of its life : maintenance, draining, replacement or fixing parts.
We take pictures of all our interventions in order for our technicians to analyse the situation and fix it as fast as possible.

You can register your product directly on this page or send us its ID by post (the ID card is included in the documents given to you at the delivery of your product). You can also send your data to your authorized dealer.
